Asked for Male, 24 Years

Dear sir I'm diagnosed with klebsiella oxytoca previously and used antibiotics for the same and repeated urine culture . The complete urine examination shows normal and culture negative with scanty flora, few pus cells and occasionally epithelial cells. My symptoms still persist such as burning sensation while urinating and sensation of heat in penis few times and mild pain in pubic region. Attaching report What could be my issue?
