Urine culture - Klebsiella pneumoniae
I am suffering from UTI since Feb.have taken lots of medicines like neeri,alkasol.Also May month have taken niftran, urikind sachets, but again this month it came again.My routine test showed pus cells & urine culture report showed presence of Klebsiella pneumoniae .Please guide what needs to be done and what is the cause for this infection.I am attaching my routine test & culture reports for your reference.

Recurrent uti needs further investigations like ultrasonography and flow studies to delineate the cause.
You can further take a course of antibiotics if u have symptoms.
Also, urine collection for culture needs to be done in a proper way to avoid contamination.
