Klebsiella Oxytoca in urine

Hi Doctor , Is klebsiella oxytoca in urine culture test abnormal ?? I have 1000cfu count .. and my urine touched foreskin while giving sample. Common urine analysis didn't show any infection or bacteria taken on same day. Can this be a false negative ?? Need your inputs ..
