Urine comes in yellow colour

In past year(2015) August.the disease of UTI infection at stage 1 came to me.i am 19 yes old men. Daily one time mastrubation I will do.it leads to UTI infection. After one year my urine comes in yellow colour. I stopped mastrubation from 1mnth But again and again my urine comes in yellow colour. What is the problem I am facing please tell me. Any dangerous causes to me .If I can sex with a girl.And I also drink water daily 3000ml .my body having so much heat.and urine comes in yellow colour.
