Acute infection in urine UTI

Asked for Female, 30 Years

My wife is hade gone through MTP treatment 9 days back. Now she is having spotting, continuous back pain and on and off abdomen pain also she feels some bloating in her tummy. She don't feel like eating anything, nausia, sleeplessness, tired etc, As she had UTI last years as well. Now today we got her urine test done and it shows In chemical examination Blood 2+ Leukocytes 2+ Microscopy on centrifuged ssmple RBCs 10-12/HPF Pus (WBC) cells 18-20/HPF Physical Examination Colour yellow Appearance slight cloudy. She is ofloxine allergic. What do you suggest in this condition? What should she eat as diet, and what medications can she take.

Not to jump on urine results post mtp for at least 3 weeks It will certainly show rbcs and wbcs. Good hydration is enough. Repeat urine routine examination after 3 weeks.
