UTI (Urine Infection)

Asked for Female, 8 Years

My daughter 8 years old has UTI around 8 months ago .investigated and treated with antibiotic and now again after 8 month same burn feel during urine. went through Urine DR, result leukocytes was 8 , epithelial cells was 4 and rest all normal and urine culture is No Growth, and suggestion why repeatative urine infection ??

Hi UTI at this age needs evaluation. Do a USG KUB . See a urologist she may be having some dysfunctional voiding resulting in recurrent infections.
