As u r having fatty liver and bulky ovaries u should get a sugar profile done, fast, ppbs and HbA1c also a fasting insulin. Rest try to train urself to pee  hrly and subsequently increase the time. Having plenty of water is not bad but always feeling urge is an issue. Get sugar profile done and consult.

Hi These complaints need to be sorted out from a very basic level so I need to get an understanding of the UTI you had - whether it was fully treated or not firstly. The second thing I need to know is whether an  ultrasound was done. This can help us giv an understanding whether something else is going on like a kidney stone or you an anatomical issue itself. Then we need to quantify your water intake, sugars and such to be conclusive
Next Steps
Consult as per your convenience anytime after 6 pm today. Take care

Dear Patient, Thank you for sharing your symptoms and concerns. Based on your description, you are experiencing frequent urination, abdominal pain, and dryness (throat, lips, and skin), alongside pre-existing conditions like fatty liver and thick ovaries. Here’s what I recommend:  1. Frequent Urination & Suspected UTI:    - Your symptoms (abdominal pain, urgency, and variable urine output) could indicate a recurrent UTI, overactive bladder, or even hormonal imbalances (e.g., linked to ovarian issues).     - Increased water intake is good, but excessive consumption without electrolyte balance can worsen dryness.  2. Lifestyle Factors:    - Fatty liver and junk food consumption can exacerbate inflammation, affecting overall health.     - Lack of exercise may contribute to poor circulation and metabolic issues.  3. Next Steps:    - Urgent Tests: Urine culture, ultrasound for ovaries/bladder, and liver function tests.     - **Hydration:** Sip water steadily; avoid excessive intake at once.     - **Diet/Exercise:** Reduce processed foods, incorporate fiber, and start light activity (e.g., walking).  Prognosis:Yes, you can achieve a healthier life with timely intervention! However, these symptoms require a detailed evaluation to rule out complications (e.g., diabetes, PCOS, or chronic UTI).  Consultation Offer: For a personalized treatment plan, please schedule a consultation with me. You can reach me on WhatsApp at **Eight Zero Zero Nine Eight Two One Three Three Two** for further guidance.

You’re experiencing urinary symptoms that began after a suspected UTI but now seem stress-related, especially since there’s no urge during sleep. Constant monitoring may be causing psychogenic urinary frequency. Your symptoms of dryness could stem from staying indoors, not sweating, or poor hydration quality. Focus on balanced fluids and fresh fruits/veggies. You’ve mentioned risk factors like fatty liver, PCOD, junk food, and no exercise—these are reversible with lifestyle changes. Yes, you can live a healthy life—you’re young and aware. Start small, be consistent. Help is always available.
Next Steps
Start with: • Home-cooked meals, less sugar/oil • Daily walk for 30 minutes • Mental relaxation (meditation, breathing)

Thank you for sharing your concerns. Based on your symptoms, it's important to take a closer look at both your physical and mental health. Frequent urination, dryness, and fatigue can have several causes—including past infections, dietary habits, hydration imbalance, hormonal issues, and stress. I recommend you consult a physician in person for a thorough evaluation. Basic tests like urine analysis, blood sugar levels, liver function tests, and an ultrasound may help identify the root cause. It’s also helpful to speak with a gynecologist regarding your ovarian health and a dietician for sustainable lifestyle changes. Meanwhile, please avoid excessive intake of junk food, stay hydrated with balanced electrolytes, and try to include some daily physical activity—even light walking. Small steps can bring big changes over time. Remember, your health can improve. Early action leads to better outcomes. You’re not alone in this—reach out, and let’s take care of you.

From what you've described: Frequent urination and discomfort could still be due to a chronic or unresolved UTI, overactive bladder, or even anxiety. You should get a urine culture test and possibly an ultrasound if symptoms persist. Try a20-minute walk daily Adding fruits/vegetables to your meals Reducing sugar/oily food gradually
