Upper back pain
My father suffering from upper back pain since two months when he travel in bus and sitting pain increases. When massage then relax for some time. Please suggest what I do. What are the causes of upper back pain

The pain in upper back may be due to  weakness of upper back muscles. The pain may be  due to  long sitting posture. It could be  age related  problem . Better to get proper evaluation. Consult a Physiotherapist who can analyse the issue and guide you proper treatment.
