I'm 25 years old and was loosing my weight about 3 kgs In a month and felt very week. met a general physician and got my
thyroid profile done along with
vitamin b12 tests. However t4 was high so he had asked me to avoid cabbage and cauliflower which I did and started using supplements for vitamin b12 along with
calcium tablets.unfortunatley I skipped medication in between and it's been a month now I don't see any difference I still fell very weak, numbness in hands and legs ,restlessness still prevails. Got my thyroid test done once again but it seems to be normal. My current weight is 42 and it was 46 before.kindly advice on what could b the issue and also pls suggest some foods that could help
