I'm 25 years old and was loosing my weight about 3 kgs In a month and felt very week. met a general physician and got my thyroid profile done along with vitamin b12 tests. However t4 was high so he had asked me to avoid cabbage and cauliflower which I did and started using supplements for vitamin b12 along with calcium tablets.unfortunatley I skipped medication in between and it's been a month now I don't see any difference I still fell very weak, numbness in hands and legs ,restlessness still prevails. Got my thyroid test done once again but it seems to be normal. My current weight is 42 and it was 46 before.kindly advice on what could b the issue and also pls suggest some foods that could help Me with weight gain

If u have hyperthyroidism it can cause weight loss, treat that accordingly. Also worms can cause B12 deficiency with weight loss. Consult.

Hi You are 25 years and your weight was 46 kg. What is your height. I think you are very much under weight, you should be at least 60kgs. I think you are just malnourished. You might be having multiple deficiencies. Thyroid profile is normal. Get the following tests done and consult online.

Start eating .... in adequate quantities... Food should be rich in Carbohydrates , Priteins and Fats. if you are a non-vegetarian then daily 2 eggs. 3-4 rice meals with extra ghee. use lot of potatos. Vitamin supplements: Tab Zincovit once a day to increase the appetite Tab Liv-52 2tablets twice a day before meals
