Unable to sleep till 4-5 am
I dont know how but i have developed a habit of not sleeping till 4-5 am my whole routine is messed up pls suggest me some medicine or some sort of guidance to sleep early and wakeup early even if i have sleep in my eyes i will still not sleep till 4-5 am pls help me currently i am taking nexito 15 mg in morning

Hi Decreased sleep and sleep disturbances can be a symptom of depression But to help u with a good sleep Let’s first go with a good sleep hygiene And later medications Sleep hygiene : Fixed sleep–wake timing - on regular basis Environment -Dark, quiet, comfortable UseBed only for sleep ( don’t read , write or talk over phone ) Avoid caffeine, nicotine, alcohol No late exercise/heavy meals Leave bed if awake If a coffee lover - drink coffee only twice and that too before 5 20 mins of walk or exercise
