I can feel how exhausting this is for you. Sleeplessness with chest pressure, palpitations, and throat tightness can be linked to severe anxiety, but they can also signal heart or thyroid issues. Please see a doctor right away (preferably a physician or cardiologist first) to rule out medical causes. Alongside that, we can work on calming your body and mind, but your first step is urgent medical check-up..
Next Steps
Breathe slow and deep, avoid caffeine, keep nights screen-free, write worries before bed, use grounding when fear rises, and lean on a trusted person for support.
Health Tips
Keep a steady sleep routine, dim lights before bed, use calming dua or soft recitation, notice and release body tension, and remind yourself, fear waves pass, they don’t last forever..

Hi When the body is stuck in a high-alert state for weeks, it can cause exactly these feelings and make it nearly impossible to sleep. Since this has been going on for 2 months and your sleep is almost completely gone, it’s very important to consult a psychiatrist/physician soon to rule out heart or thyroid issues and also to get treatment for anxiety and insomnia. Along with medical help, therapy can teach you calming techniques to reduce the fear and body tension that keep your system awake. Take therapy. You can connect with me on nine two six six seven two six zero six five.
