Hi,
I had undergone thymphanoplasty surgery a year back. There was a large hole in my ear drum. My doctor removed the graft from my thigh and used it for my eardrum. I had a check up recently and still there is 25 percent hole in the eardrum. Will the graft from thigh still grows and fill it? I am 25 yrs old. Please suggest.

Usually graft from not taken . It should be temporalis fascia ( from behind operating ear) . Take a second opinion.
