Based on what is mentioned, the lesions in the left breast are small and benign. Which means that there is no serious disease.
However, I suggest you get a repeat sonography of the left breast and request the radiologist to give you a BIRADS scoring after thorough evaluation.
If you have any pain or feel that lesion is growing, it may be a good idea to have the lesions removed.
