Left nipple–areola itching for about 1 to 2 week   Redness and dryness around the left areola  Skin feels wrinkled, thickened, and lumpy/hard around the areola (surface level)  Burning sensation othe areola  Increased nipple sensitivity  Pin-prick / needle-like pain, especially:   after removing a bra  sometimes even without touching  Pain feels superficial, not deep inside the breast  Symptoms reduce during sleep  No relief despite using Cetaphil moisturizer  No bra wires; even soft bras trigger discomfort  Occasional underarm discomfort on the same (left) side when touched  No nipple discharge  No bleeding, crusting, or open sores  No fever  No rapidly spreading redness  No known trauma    Age: 19  Has PCOS
