It is most likely a infected sebaceous cyst. At present it require Antibiotic with Painkiller After that Best mangement it excision. Day care procedure.

Mostly it’s a infected sebacious cyst. At present take antibiotics and painkiller for resolution of cyst after infection control need excision if u don’t remove then repeated infection also occur and also size will increase
