Above results show you have subclinical hypothyroidism where TSH level is high and normal T3 and T4 levels . Treatment is considered only if you are symptomatic ,if TSH level is above 10 or if you are planning for pregnancy. Check your TSH level free T4 levels after 3 months. Your vitamin d level is low -you have deficiency  of vitamin d. Treatment includes 60000 iu of vitamin d like calcirol or D-Rise weekly once for at least 15 weeks and calcium 600 mg supplement daily. Calcium is required for the absorption of vitamin d

If no symptoms,may not need thyroid medication.hiwever vitamin D is low.need weekly supplements for at least 2 months,with 15 minutes of sunlight during day time.(on exposed area)
