Triwin 10mg/50mg
Is it safe to take triwin for the irregular chest pain? My doctor prescribed me for 40 days. Not so sure if it will have some side effects as I have been eating hell amount of medicines since recovery from covid. My major current issue is anxiety and little chest pain. Does this triwin comes as a combo for anti-anxiety medicine?

Anxiety and mild chest pain are one of the common problems encountered in post xovid status. Depending on severity of symptoms you can take only paracetamol for pain. Triwin is a combination analgesic with strong anti Inflammatory effects but has side effects like gastritis, cardio and nephrotoxicity . According to me, avoid taking it for 40 days. Because myocardial injury is also a post covid complication.
Next Steps
better to shift from triwin to paracetamol. if need more clarification can contact me on practo
