Taking more of non steroidal anti inflammatory drugs, can cause gastritis, peptic ulcer, kidney damage and even hypertension. Take combination of diclofenac and paracetamol,  but not diclofenac and ketorolac, i.e 2 NSAIDS.

You have taken quite a high amount of painkillers in one day: • 3 × Ketorol DT 10 mg = 30 mg ketorolac (maximum daily dose is usually 40 mg for short-term use, but many guidelines say not to exceed 30–40 mg/day) • • Diclofenac 50 mg • • Paracetamol (PCM) 325 mg This is over the usual safe single-day limit for NSAIDs (ketorolac + diclofenac together), especially after a heavy meal. Serious side effects are still unlikely in a healthy adult after one day of overuse, but the risk is higher than normal for: • Stomach irritation / ulcer / bleeding (NSAIDs + heavy food can increase this) • Kidney stress (especially if dehydrated or already low fluid intake) • Mild bleeding tendency Because you took them spread out and after food, and only one day so far, the chance of life-threatening problems (major bleed, kidney failure, perforation) right now is very low. Most people who accidentally exceed for 1–2 days feel okay or only have mild stomach upset.
Next Steps
1. Stop all painkillers right now — no more ketorolac, diclofenac, ibuprofen, or similar NSAIDs today or tomorrow. • You can take plain paracetamol 500–650 mg if pain is severe again (max 3–4 g in 24 h, at least 4–6 h apart). 2. Drink plenty of water (2–3 liters today) — helps protect kidneys and dilute any irritation. 3. Eat light, non-spicy food — curd, rice, banana, khichdi to soothe stomach. 4. Watch closely for 24–48 hours — go to doctor / emergency immediately if: • Black/tarry stools or blood in vomit/stool • Severe stomach pain (not just toothache) • Vomiting a lot • Very little urine or swelling in legs/face • Dizziness, weakness, fast heartbeat 5. If tooth pain is still bad → see a dentist urgently (tomorrow if possible) — the real fix is treating the tooth, not more painkillers.
Health Tips
• Take a proton pump inhibitor (like pantoprazole / Sompraz 40 mg once daily) for 5–7 days to protect stomach — safe and commonly used after NSAID overuse. • Avoid alcohol, smoking, spicy/oily food for a few days. • Your anxiety is understandable — this kind of overuse happens often and almost always turns out fine when stopped early. • Breathe slowly: in 4 seconds, hold 4, out 6 — repeat 5 times when panicking. It really helps calm the “something bad is happening” feeling. You are not in immediate danger from this one day — just be careful now, hydrate, rest, and get the tooth checked soon. If any new/worrying symptom appears, go to doctor right away (better safe). For more reassurance or if pain/symptoms change, consult with me online anytime. Take care — you’ll be okay

Yes, major side effect of ketorolac dt and other nsaids you take are severe gastritis because they erupt or damage the gastric mucosa by inhibit prostaglandin function. So you need to be precautions about this.you need to take also a ppi to reduce your symptoms for gastritis. Please feel free to consult me on practo for further management and evaluation .
