Get mri done to look for sprain, muscle strain or injury or hairline fracture. Go for physiotherapy in place of deca durabolin.

Shin pain for 1 month in a physically active person is most likely Shin Splints (medial tibial stress syndrome) or even an early Stress Fracture if recovery is slow. Regarding Deca-Durabolin (nandrolone):
Next Steps
• Stop further injections unless prescribed by a specialist • Proper evaluation: – Clinical exam – If pain is localized and persistent → X-ray / MRI to rule out stress fracture • Treatment: – Relative rest (reduce running/jumping) – Ice application – Pain relief if needed – Gradual return to activity • Physiotherapy for strengthening + correction of biomechanics
Health Tips
• Switch to low-impact training (cycling, swimming) temporarily • Proper footwear is crucial (shock-absorbing shoes) • Avoid sudden increase in training intensity • Adequate calcium + Vitamin D intake • Warm-up and stretching before exercise ⚠️ Red flags: • Pain at a specific point on bone • Pain even at rest → suspect stress fracture ⸻
