I have taken antiflu 75 mg (10 capsules)

I have a positive patient of H1N1 and she is treated well. I have taken antiflu as per doctor advice 10 capsules of 75 mg. Now I want to know that should I have to take vaccine of swine flu? Or does the taken medicine prevent me to being a victim of swine flu?
