Too much Itching on testicles

Asked for Male, 21 Years

I am having too much itching in my testicles from the past 3 days. I don't know why. Also I am taking zincolak, evion and hvit forte ( for hair) from the past 3 days . Is it a side-effect?. Currently I am applying fourderm on it for releif but it doesn't seem to work for long. At mid night it itches a lot and in the afternoon too.
