Too much gym workout can result low or high blood pressure? Yesterday after 1.7hrs workout some head dizziness legs and body also having same feeling.

hello, as it is summer with humid hot climate proper rehydration is required two hours before work up.its better to do in limit to work up.plenty of liqids like nimupani coconut water butter milk to be taken in abundance. It will normalize u. Or tab vertin 16 mg one at night as u can't take on day time as u must be some duties. OTHERWISE you can take 8 mg three times a day.light dietin small amount but frequently.ok.

Hello, Yes too much workout can make you feel dizzy or nauseous. Reasons could be not enough food or water. You need to have enough food pre work for your body to sustain and plenty fluids during the workout. Dehydration is common during the summers.
