Hello, Hot water compression,dip your foot in hot water add betadin solution two lids for ten minutes two times a day for three to five days. ORALLY, tab zerodol sp two times a day after food for three to five days. Tab CIPROFLOXACILLINE 500 three times a day after food for three to five days. The toe either dry or burst open. If open clean the wound with BETADIN SOLUTION N hydrogen peroxide in equal quantity if wound is clear than apply betadin oint n fucidine ointin in equal quantity apply gauge wrapped cotton N fix it with micropore.till wound heals ok.
