I am hostelite & vegetarian& i hv this belly fat..I don't HV lumbar fat...i am doing gym since 2 wks but I am confused what to eat & not go eat.I am doing cardio & wts in gym.hence I HV started to eat 2 eggs daily.but to gain flat or tonned abdomen...what should I eat or not to eat??
