Tinnitus issue
My mother has been suffering from tinnitus for quite some time now(almost 10 years) and it has started to severely impact her quality of life. The noise is persistent, especially at night, making it extremely difficult for her to fall asleep or get proper rest. Because of disturbed sleep, she often feels tired, anxious, and low during the day.
We have already consulted ENT specialists and tried prescribed allopathic medications, but unfortunately there has been no improvement. In fact, some medicines caused side effects like drowsiness, gastric discomfort, and overall weakness, which made it hard for her to continue them.

Considering that you have already been to ENT specialists, Im sure her ear examination and audiometry is already done. Tinnitus can happen due to multiple reasons and the root cause of her complaint should be investigated. Then only, we can treat it. Homeopathy has great scope in tinnitus. Most probably it is neurological like acuastic Neuroma if it's unilateral, bilateral may be multiple sclerosis or like otitis media or Otosclerosis, or due to vascular cause, may be ear oscicles disturbance
