Cervical spondy tinnitus dizziness
Hello doc I have been suffering from cervical neck issues such as pain in points with sudden dizziness and inability to do daily work like bending even sitting on floor etc sometimes when moving head also gives me dizziness(jhanjhanahat to head) and now pain in left jaw also started.. Earlier I was thinking it might be due to inner ear nerve issues but I think its related to cervical issue. Done physiotherapy as well of neck and back as well right now doing exercises as well doing bhamari pranayama as well 70 percent relief is there but not fully gone.Tinnitus is also there although its intensity reduced. Done MRI cervical+back earlier(attached). Now please tell me any other tests for inner ear to be done for tinnitus and dizziness? Or homeopathy medicines will work in these diseases or how many months i have to take medicines for getting more relief from this? Thank you!

Hello, thank you for sharing your detailed symptoms. Since you are experiencing cervical pain along with dizziness and tinnitus, both cervical spine issues and inner ear causes need to be properly evaluated. It would be advisable to consult an ENT Specialist for inner ear assessment (for tinnitus and dizziness), and continue follow-up with an orthopedic/spine specialist for your cervical condition. Further tests like audiometry or vestibular function tests may be recommended based on clinical evaluation. A proper diagnosis is important before considering any specific line of treatment.

It seems to be peripheral vertigo with tinnitus. The situation can get worse further to anxiety and cervical spondylitis. All the concerns are interlinked and seem to be neuromuscular in origin. It needs to be treated in a holistic approach for complete recovery. It can be well treated with counseling sessions and homeopathic medicine effectively and without any side effects. You need an expert Psychologist who is a good homeopathic physician.

Hello, thank you for sharing your detailed history and reports. I went through your symptoms carefully—your condition seems to be a combination of cervical spine involvement along with possible vestibular (inner ear) sensitivity, which is quite common. From your MRI and symptoms: Neck pain with restricted movement Dizziness on head movement (jhanjhanahat sensation) Tinnitus (reduced but present) Jaw pain (likely cervical nerve or muscle-related) These strongly suggest that your cervical spine (neck region) is playing a major role, especially due to nerve irritation or muscle tightness. The fact that you got 70% relief with physiotherapy and exercises is a very positive sign, which means your condition is reversible and manageable. Yes, to rule out associated vestibular issues, you may consider: Audiometry (hearing test) Vestibular function tests (like VNG) However, based on your improvement with neck treatment, the primary cause appears more cervical than inner ear. Role of Homeopathy in your case Homeopathy can help in: Reducing nerve irritation Improving blood circulation to cervical region Reducing dizziness & tinnitus Preventing recurrence Many patients with similar complaints (cervical spondylosis + vertigo + tinnitus) have shown very good improvement with constitutional homeopathic treatment. Duration of treatment Initial improvement: 4–6 weeks Significant relief: 3–4 months Long-term stabilization: 6 months (varies case to case) Since you already improved 70%, your recovery can be faster with proper treatment. Continue: Neck exercises (very important) Posture correction Avoid long mobile/laptop use in bent position Your case does NOT look like something requiring surgery. It is more of: Functional + degenerative + nerve sensitivity issue With the right combination of: Exercises Lifestyle correction Individualized homeopathy You can achieve very good control and near-complete relief. For proper evaluation Since this is a chronic and slightly complex case, I would suggest a detailed consultation where I can: Study your MRI fully Understand your complete symptom picture Prescribe a personalized remedy www.healthglobalclinics.com You are already on the right path with 70% improvement—now the goal is to complete the remaining recovery and prevent recurrence. Feel free to reach out, I’ll guide you step by step. Regards Dr Jyoti Kadkol www.healthglobalclinics.com

Cervical pain, dizziness (vertigo), tinnitus (ringing in ears) and jaw pain should not be ignored — these are often linked to cervical spine and nerve imbalance. In Homeopathy, a safe and effective treatment is possible, where we focus on the root cause, not just temporary relief. Your partial improvement is already a positive sign — with the right treatment, further recovery is achievable. You can consult me online for a personalized treatment plan based on your complete symptoms.

Hello! I have reviewed your concerns and the attached MRI report. Your symptoms of dizziness (vertigo), jaw pain, and tinnitus are classic clinical manifestations of Cervical Spondylosis with nerve root involvement, specifically at the C3-C5 levels. The dizziness you feel (jhanjhanahat) during head movement happens because the compressed cervical disks affect the blood flow or nerve signals to the vestibular system (inner ear balance). Homeopathy works effectively in such chronic degenerative conditions. Instead of just suppressing the pain, Homeopathic medicines focus on Reducing the inflammation around the cervical nerves to relieve dizziness and jaw pain. Arresting further degenerative changes (osteophytes) in the spine. Managing the intensity of Tinnitus by improving nerve conduction. Since this is a structural (degenerative) issue, you should expect a treatment course of at least 3 to 6 months for significant and lasting relief. Medicines selection depends on your complete case history. Book a Private Video Consultation, To analyze your MRI in detail and select the specific constitutional remedy. Continue Exercises: Keep doing the physiotherapy and Pranayama as they are providing 70% relief. Posture Correction: Avoid long hours of bending your neck over mobile/laptops. Avoid sudden jerky movements of the neck. Use a thin cervical pillow if recommended by your therapist. DO NOT start any new high-potency medicine without a detailed case-taking.

Homeopathy is very effective for chronic cervical issues because it reduces internal inflammation and strengthens nerve response. Typically, for a 2-year-old chronic issue, a treatment course of 3 to 6 months is recommended to reach 100% relief and prevent a relapse. I have gone through your symptoms carefully. Aapke neck pain, dizziness, tinnitus (kaan me aawaz aana) aur jaw discomfort ki complaints cervical spine issue (gardan ki problem) aur inner ear imbalance se related ho sakti hain, aur dono conditions kabhi-kabhi ek saath bhi ho sakti hain. Kyuki aapko physiotherapy aur exercises ke baad bhi dizziness aur tinnitus continue ho raha hai, isliye proper detailed evaluation zaroori hai. Aapko ek baar proper clinical examination ke saath kuch vestibular (inner ear) tests jaise audiometry, VNG/ENG aur ENT specialist ka assessment karwana chahiye taaki inner ear cause ko rule out kiya ja sake. Is stage par main aapko advise karunga ki is problem ko ignore na karein aur self-medication bilkul na karein. Sahi diagnosis ke baad zyada cases me medicines, physiotherapy aur lifestyle correction se achha improvement ho jata hai. Kindly consult for a detailed evaluation taaki main aapko aapki exact condition ke according sahi treatment plan guide kar sakun.

It shows mild LCS at C3-4 and L4-5 But Your MRI is from 2024, and over time, spine conditions can change. There may be new findings such as disc changes or what we call Modic changes (changes in the vertebral bones). To understand your current condition accurately and guide the right treatment, I would recommend getting a fresh MRI of the affected area. This will help us compare with your previous scan and decide the best management for you.
