Tinnitus hyperacusis
I have severe tinnitus and hyperacusis since 1 month and muffled hearing,head heaviness,disturbed sleep and recently suffering from patelous estachian tube dysfunction since 15 days there is pressure in my ear and i hear my own sound loudly but my hearing test is normal so is there any treatment in homeopathy which will permanently cure this issue and plz tell me the real if actually a treatment available don't give me a false hopes plz

The tinnitus causes neuromuscular changes which leads to hyperacusis.
It needs to be treated in a holistic approach for better recovery. Though it may not be completely cured, even if you are better at 70 to 80%, it is as good as a cure.
