Tightness on my head
I have this tightness, on my head, also happens at the back of my head, am a bp patient but my BP is under control because I always monitor it, and take my tablet as well..but I feel the tightness especially after looking at my phone I feel tiredness and nausea as well...also get this pain at my ears too

U might be suffering for cervical spondylitis..watch you tube video of Physiotherapy in of cervical spondylitis and practice it.. Else start medicine

Could be due to dry eye.You may use refresh eye drops thrice daily for relief. Also restrict screen time to less than 20 minutes at a time.
