Thyronorm dosage
Hi, recently I went to thyroid test. My t3,t4 results are normal and TSH is slightly elevated to 7.0. i have consulted two doctors. One said no need to thyroid medication and the other doctor said you should start with thyronorm25mcg dose daily. Previous 7ys ago i got gestational thyroid and that time my dose was 50mcg. Pls help with the right amount of dosage

Because T3, T4 levels are normal, we don't really need to prescribe the medicine at the moment. It indicates subclinical hypothyroidism, grade 1. Just keep on monitoring your levels.

If 7.0 is first time you have then you need to wait , try with the diet and check after 3 months again if not improving then can start with medicine
