Thyroid treatment
I have my thyroid levels close to maximum values required but it is not exceeded the limit. Doctor prescribed me medicine for it. I am not willing to take it. Can I lower my thyroid just a bit in natural way

Depends if it's hyperthyroidism or hypothyroidism Or the levels now on medication or without medication If you are having hypothyroidism, on throxine, if the levels are normal then it's better to continue as adviced by your Doctor
