Tsh levels are increased 0.4 -2.5 is normal , more than 4.o then u need to take tablets , yes what u have now is hypothyroidism that is ur thyroid hormones are lower than normal once u start tablets eventually the levels of ur thyroid hormones will improve then eventually the doses of tablet will be reduced , do consult a Endocrinologist for ur dosage of medications
