Hi, Your ideal body weight should be 55- 60 kg, and on the basis of it you are overweight. This antibody is high because of this hypothyroidism. This will be down when your TSH level becomes low. Generally person with hypothyroidism, metabolic rate is slow, for that, one should follow small quantity meal, but the gaping shouldn't be so much. You can have 4 hours gaping between meals and that helps to reduce weight.  You should follow well balanced weight reduction diet. Include complex carbohydrates, fresh fruits, leafy vegetables, sprouts. Drink atleast 3 litre water per day.
