3yrold son had fever of 103 yestrday.showed doctr he gave meds of fever.but today morning he is complaining of throat pain.not eating or drinking anything.fever has subsided.
pls tell me should i give him antibiotic and which one? his weight is 14.4kgs.

However , before an antibiotic ., symptomatic relief should be provided by a cough syrup and an anti allergic syrup.antibiotics will come on last.. if indicated.if symptoms worsen please consult your paediatrician.
