Since you're still experiencing severe symptoms after completing 3 doses of Mox 500 with no significant relief, a re-evaluation is recommended. Persistent fever and pain may indicate a resistant bacterial infection or an alternate cause that needs to be ruled out. I would suggest the following next steps: Clinical re-examination to check for signs of tonsillitis, pharyngitis, or ear involvement (like otitis media). Step-up antibiotics may be required based on the findings. Basic blood tests like CBC, CRP, and ESR to assess the severity of infection and guide treatment.
Next Steps
Please consult your doctor in person for further evaluation.

Looks like you have  pharyngitis/ tonsillitis. You can continue the same medicine. Try salt warm water gargles 3-4 times a day. If it's not reducing will have to step up the antibiotics.
Next Steps
visit ent if it doesn't reduce by tomorrow

Hi, I am Dr. Atul Kumar Nimawat MS ENT You may be having a severe throat infection, possibly tonsillitis or pharyngitis, which can cause ear pain due to referred pain. Since you’re already on MOZ 500 (Amoxicillin) and not seeing significant improvement after 3 doses, it may take a bit more time, but if symptoms persist or worsen, further evaluation (like throat swab or CBC) might be needed. Continue Combiflam for fever and pain as advised, stay well-hydrated, and do warm saline gargles.
Health Tips
if no relief in 48 hours or if symptoms worsen. Visit nearby ENT OPD.
