I have pain in throat
I have pain in throat.severe pain in ear and pain while swallowing.but no cold.also have severe body aches and increase in body temperature.. This came the next day after I eat sweet sugary syrup semiya and slept in ac. What this could be As im wondering there is no cold or rynny nose.. my nose is completely Dry

Too much sugary stuff can cause tonsillitis So will have to rule that out . If there is inflammation in throat, it can cause referred pain to the ear You also have generalised body ache and fever so there is definitely an infective aetiology . Start doing warm saline gargles

Your symptoms gives a probable diagnosis of Acute tonsillo pharyngitis for which you have to take a course of antibiotics for 5 days with anti inflammatory, anti histaminic and Dilute betadine gargles, And if the pain is severe you do gargles dispersible voveron tablets which you can do gargle with and then swallow it for atleast 2 days
