Throat infection & fever
Throat is very itching unable to swallow and the fever is on and off. give crocin for very 6 hours during that time temperature is going off. Again it is coming so just I am planning to give Meftal for fever and Azithoramol 200mg and for cold Ambrolyte LS is this alright to give my 5yrs old son.

I agree with Dr Ashwani, please do not try to drug the child , depending on previous medication prescribed. Antibiotic need to be used judicially, by weighing pros and cons. Consult your pediatrician.

You need to consult a pediatrician before giving all these medications. They are not over the counter drugs. All you know he may be just having a viral illness and antibiotics would be of no help.
