Fever question...
Hi doctor My kid  4.6  was very active he had fever ysdy gave p250  till this afternoon.He was fine went to school and was active too now , but suddenly he has got temp of 100.4 it's too hot outside at Chennai,is this normal ............. Pls advise

Give plenty of liquids, coconut water, butter milk.. Cold sponging if fever and give Paracetamol as per weight.. ( provide me weight of child ).. If fever persist for more than 3 days..

Give paracetamol and do cold sponging as required. Also give plenty of water to maintain hydration.
