Fever,tongue and gum infection
Sir, my daughter is of 4.5 yrs old and 16 kg of weight. She had fever, and during the fever she developed inflammed ,painful white patches on her tongue and yellow  /white patches gums. The fever is gone now,but mouth pain is severe and she cannot eat solid food due to pain.What should we do? Please check the photos of the infected area attached herewith
