Thick patch of hair with itchy flakes

Hi, sir myself Vino. E, my problem is for past 10 months I'm having a thick patch of hair growing on my head. In the past I left it think just a normal hair growth. But later it kept itching and flakes have being coming out of it. Consulted a dermalogist a month before he prescribe some lotion and some tingy gel. But my problem still prevails. And the patch is growing day by day. The consulted dermalogist said its psoriasis. If it's does it have any cure. Thanks
