Mere ghar me Betnovate N cream use hoti thì to main bhi yahi face pe lagane lagi.
Main ise lagbhag 4-5 saal se use kar rahi thi. Beech beech me jab chhodti thi to itching, redness aur chote chote daane ho jate the, isliye phir start kar deti thi.
Ab mujhe laga ki ye use karna thik nahi hai. Maine
thoda search kiya to pata chala ye steroid cream hai. Ise daily use nahi karna chahiye aur ek dam chhod bhínahi sakte.
Isliye main aapse suggestion lena chahti hu. Ab mujhe kya karna chahiye? Ise kaise band karu aur skin kaise thik hogi?
