I suffer from hyperhidrosis- palms, feet and face. Unmanageable through normal dermat products which I have tried. Botox is not something I want to consider now. But the sweating in Gurgaon heat gets out of control. My skin is not oily in general, it's on the normal to dry side. Winters are better but summers are embarrassing. I'm considering glycopyrrolate compound solution. Any comments or thoughts will be extremely appreciated.

Hey there ..
Understand your problem and Delhi heat is a little beyond our Bengaluru's levels...
There are many options both topical and systemic but the latter is probably a better long term bet started sometime now so the next season you are hassle free.
There are a few manageable side effects and some basic blood tests may be required for safety checks... But it's a worthwhile long term investment.
