Avoid banana watermelon grapes mango and chickoo .Rest you can have anything but restrict fruits quantity upto 200 gm daily. Apple and citrus fruits are best in your case

So not to worry about fruit intake or avoiding any particular food . you need to consult Dietitian for Healthy balanced Diet as these can be reversed if taken action timely
