I m 30yrs old...Swelling in my leg ..Having a deficiency of iron calcium ..Also suffering gas.in stomach in upper left side in nus ..What can I do ?..What's my diat to loose weight with this problems.

Hi You need to include food rich in iron and calcium. And with that it is also important that these nutrients are getting absorbed in the body. Iron with vitamin c increased the absorption and on the other hand iron with calcium reduces the absorption.
