Hi Try to engage yourself in some physical activity like walking or yoga. Then try to inculcate good amt of salads in your lunch and dinner. Try to avoid fruit juices instead u can have 1 fruit in entire day. Also make sure that u r avoiding all sort of fried foods and namkeen and biscuits

Hello! Have low carb.diet,high protein diet(oats,dals etc). Avoid fruits like watermelon,pineapple etc. Take lots of fluids. Take your dinner early. Stay blessed. Thankyou!

Hello Please take personalized diet plan. Take high fiber diet which includes all whole foods, millets, fresh fruits and vegetables. Take low fat milk and milk products. Avoid processed, ready to eat, bakery and fried foods. Soak 1tsp. methi seeds in a glass of water at night and drink the water and eat methi seeds first thing in the morning. Do exercise and lead active lifestyle. Don't worry with proper guidance and change in lifestyle and diet can reverse the condition to normal. Please contact personally through practo.

Condition is pre diabetic. You can get your body heat level check and go accordingly. Starting of any medical condition might be due to excessive body heat level of the body. Better to go for a proper balanced diet pattern and go accordingly. Random diet pattern will not suit you.
