Asked for Female, 34 Years

I am having iron tablets since then i hv got stained teeth and tongue which looks very bad. Is there any home remedy as i have to take medications for another two months. What can be done?

You can use banana peel to clean your teeth at home. Clean your tongue with tongue cleaner regularly. And get them cleaned by a dentist after medicine course is completed.
