Dental fluorosis causes intrinsic (internal) stains, so toothpaste alone cannot remove the yellow color.
Colgate or Sensodyne are not making it more yellow — the stains are inside the enamel.
For fluorosis, treatment options like professional cleaning, bleaching, micro-abrasion, veneers or bonding give better results.
You can use any regular fluoridated toothpaste for daily cleaning. For better cosmetic improvement, please consult a dentist for proper evaluation.

Haii using abrasive whitening toothpastes like Colgate or Sensodyne can sometimes make intrinsic fluorosis stains appear more yellow over time
Next Steps
For moderate fluorosis with yellow intrinsic stains, the best treatment is often a combination of professional bleaching (or microabrasion) first, followed by veneers if needed for lasting
Health Tips
With bleaching and veneers one might develop temporary tooth sensitivity and risk of tooth decay if hygiene is poor
1st u need to check the level of fluorosis present in your teeth.. based on that treatment plan can be decided.. Mcinn's solution can remove fluorosis stains to some extent.. if it's too intense you need to go for veneers or crowns
Toothpaste barely works for anykind of stains removal weather it's intrinsic or extrinsic .they are just marketing gimmick. Bleaching is only solution to flurosis and it requires multiple sitting to get desired results in flurosis . Other than that you can also opt for veneers for your visible teeths .
