HELLO, CONSULT YOUR TREATING DOCTOR. YOU CAN'T STOP AKT SUDDENLY WITHOUT ASKING YOUR TREATING DOCTOR, REPEAT X--RAY CHEST PA VIEW DIGITAL TO COMPARE WITH PREVIOUS X--RAY CHEST.. THIS DECIDED YOU CAN DISCONTINUE THE TREATMENT OR YET TO EXTEND ONE OR TWO MONTHS. IN REGULAR COURSE AKT IS GIVEN FOR SIX  MONTHS, BUT IN SOME CASES IT SHOULD BE EXTENDE TO EIGHT, NINE MONTH. IN RAER CASESAS PATIENT IS IRREGULAR IN TREATMENT AKT SHOULD BE EXTENDED UPTO ONE TO TWO YEARS, AS THEY ARE DEFAULTER(SECONDARY TREATMENT FOR MDR) MDR MEANS MULTIPLE DRUG RESISTANCE TUBERCULOSIS. SO PLEASE GOT ONE CONSULTATION WITH YOUR TREATING DOCTOR WITH X--RAY CHEST PA VIEW DIGITAL N PREVIOUS X--RAY. I HOPE YOU UNDERSTAND THIS. O.K BYE.
