My wife is Having symptoms of piles.. She was having the same since last 1 year... Now is having smaller crumps like around and inside the face of anus and gives the feeling of getting closed due to the same. Having prickly feeling while walking or moving.. Difficult in passing stool..no blood in stool. Kindly advise....

Just apply lignocaine jelly around anal region if u have discomfort or pain. If bleeding in stools it seems u have to look after. Don't sit for long hours. Have fibre rich foods. Sitz bath (betadine solution in warm water) also may help.
