From like 7 days there is pain in my left upper thigh near vagina.. it is swollen..swollen is not that visible but if I touch it seems swollen.. and the pain is not always..when I stand up from sitting then there is pain and when I sit down from standing there is pain.. if I touch it no pain but if I press then it pains.. I do excercise but I don't know why this happend..please tell what is this and is there any dangerous thing happening..
