Since the pain and burning have improved with the medicines, mild heaviness/tightness can happen as the stomach is still settling. Nothing alarming as of now.
Next Steps
Continue the prescribed medicines for a few more days. Do a USG only if the pain returns, increases, or new symptoms appear (vomiting, severe pain, fever).
Health Tips
Avoid spicy/oily foods, eat small frequent meals, and don’t lie down immediately after eating. Seek review if symptoms worsen.

As your symptoms resolved and you are responding adequately well to medications, there is no need for emergency USG. You may have to continue medications for 2-4 weeks or longer. However it is better to take an ECG also if you feel a  chest tightness and epigastric burning sensation.
Next Steps
consider USG if pain which earlier Decreased further increased in the future. You might also consider taking an ECG to be on the safer side
